▪ This Fairfield Inn & Suites located in the heart of Baltimore, MD, was the first LEED certified hotel in downtown Baltimore. This hotel constructed in 13 months, consists of a partial vegetative green roof and 5 separate buildings. To blend this hotel into the neighborhood, 3 existing brick home facades were used variously on sections of the hotel. The existing silo found in the courtyard area was redesigned to collect rainwater for use of irrigation.
