CONGRATULATIONS to Ethan Hertz and Jacob Massicot! This past month, Ethan and Jacob graduated from the ABC Carpenter Apprenticeship program. Throughout this 4-year journey, they maintained a dedicated fulltime work schedule for Conewago while excelling in their classwork too. Jacob is working toward a lead carpenter position and Ethan is working toward the site side of our projects. We are very PROUD of these men and excited to watch them grow into these positions!
4 years ago Conewago wanted to enhance and support the career paths of our younger employees. Conewago proactively sought out team members with passion for the construction industry and offered them an opportunity to further their education and training. Ethan and Jacob were among the first to pursue this opportunity. Fast forward 4 years, we could not be prouder to say Ethan and Jacob are our FIRST two employees to graduate! We continue to select employees each year to give them the same opportunity, and we are excited to see this program and our team continue to grow in knowledge and experience.
