Conewago’s team members are at the center of everything we do. Recently, two of our employees, Tim Leese and John Arnsparger, suggested installing new outdoor flag poles to display the United States Flag more prominently at our company headquarters. On March 19, 2020, numerous Conewago Enterprises and Conewago Manufacturing team members who served in the U.S. military took the lead in raising the flags following the installation of the new poles.
We are grateful to have a committed team at Conewago and are strengthened by the suggestions and leadership they bring at all levels of our company! We look forward to enacting more great suggestions in the near future.
