Nottingham Ridge – Atapco Properties – 585,000 SF & 165,000 SF

▪ Nottingham Ridge, located in White Marsh, MD and owned by Atapco Properties was a two-warehouse building project. From site work to warehouse construction, the project underwent harsh rain conditions, but substantial completion of the project remained on schedule and within 9 months.
