Atapco Nottingham Ridge

Project consisted of both a 585,000 SF warehouse, a 165,000 SF warehouse, and extensive site improvements that included a new public sanitary line and moving over 245,000 cubic yards of dirt.

  • Conventional steel with precast concrete
  • Fast track schedule – both warehouses were completed within 260 days
