Over the past ten years, I have had the pleasure of working with Conewago Enterprises, Inc. on at least ten design-build warehouse facilities ranging in size from 70,000 SF to 800,000 SF. These facilities included a variety of temperature conditions ranging from frozen, refrigerated, air-conditioned, to ambient storage. All projects were brought in on or ahead of schedule with highly competitive costs. Responsiveness to project changes was excellent.
