Porous Pave is a special concrete mix design formulated specifically to allow water to pass through to the subsurface, virtually eliminating the need for costly stormwater management systems.

With flow rates in excess of 1 GPM/SF, run-off is eliminated. Our flow rates actually exceed 100 year storm events, meeting even the most stringent municipal requirements. This ability greatly reduces, and in most cases, eliminates the need to tie up valuable land for detention ponds and catch basins. This means more usable area for building footprint and parking.

Applied using roller compaction, Porous Pave is suitable for both light duty and truck paving. Porous Pave is stronger, more economical and doesn't clog like less attractive asphalt options. Porous Pave is an obvious choice for your paving needs.
